Thai Basil Pork

Ingredients:
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 7 cloves garlic, sliced
- 3 Thai bird or holland chilies, de-seeded (if desired) and thinly sliced
- 1 packet of long beans, sliced to 1-2cm in length
- Holy basil leaves (about 1 1/2 cups packed)
- 300g ground pork
Marinade:
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1/2 cup of water/chicken stock
Method:
- Fry the chili, shallots and garlic until fragrant with some vegetable oil
- Add in long beans and ground pork (break minced pork into smaller bits throughout the stirfry)
- Add marinade into pan to cook pork and long beans until slightly soft
- Add Holy basil as the last step and cook until wilted.
