Vietnamese Lemongrass Pork

Ingredients
- Pork shoulder/Charsiew cut
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 Tablespoons regular soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic
- 2 shallots
- 2 stalks lemongrass
Method
- Mince the garlic, shallots and lemongrass together
- Marinade the pork with all the ingredients & minced paste for 20-30mins
- Either grill the pork the oven (ends up with a tougher texture) or pressure cook for 30mins and grill in oven to finish up for extra char.
