  • 1kg Pork (五花肉, pork shoulder butt – best to choose a cut with some fat to keep the meat soft)
  • 2 Tbsp Light Soya Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Dark Soya Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Hua Tiao wine
  • 3 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siew Sauce/Hoisin Sauce/Chu Hou sauce


1. Add all ingredients into the pressure cooker

2. Set to STEW Mode 40 Mins,

3. Bake Mode for 8-10 minutes to reduce sauce into a dark sticky yummy mess
