Sticky (ugly) Char Siew

Ingredients:
- 1kg Pork (五花肉, pork shoulder butt – best to choose a cut with some fat to keep the meat soft)
- 2 Tbsp Light Soya Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Dark Soya Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Hua Tiao wine
- 3 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siew Sauce/Hoisin Sauce/Chu Hou sauce
Method:
1. Add all ingredients into the pressure cooker
2. Set to STEW Mode 40 Mins,
3. Bake Mode for 8-10 minutes to reduce sauce into a dark sticky yummy mess
